claimed. Seldom done.
Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Toshiba laptop has had
the same video problem again. At least the
symptoms were the same.
See 2005 #02 and 2005 #04 for details of
the previous events.
The last two times,
circuitry on the motherboard was replaced. This time, Toshiba replaced the monitor. To Toshiba’s credit, or a poor systems
interface between the marketing and the repair log, they offered an extended
warranty at end of the first year. We
will find out how many more times it can fail and be fixed
in four years of use.
In the last two weeks, we
have again seen “World Class” in action.
